Andrew is the Director & Owner of Sadlers and oversees all aspects of the business. Originally from Stockton-on Tees, Andrew left the North East in the 1990s to begin his career as a Chef in Gloucestershire. He was trained in high quality rosette standard establishments before moving into Hotel Management in the Cotswolds. Andrew returned to the North East in 2004 and was previously Head Chef at Hunley Hall Golf Club & The Otter & Fish at Hurworth. In 2009 he left the UK and spent 4 yrs in Germany working for the Military, where he was Head Chef for both the Sergeants & Officers Mess at Sennelager Training Camp. Andrew opened Sadlers in 2018 to showcase his cooking within a relaxed informal atmosphere.
Tash is back again! This time on a temporary Full Time basis, whilst she completes her dissertation for her MSC in Physiotherapy. Tash is also local to Stokesley and whilst not a work is a keen runner, cyclist and swimmer.
Lily is with us on a part time basis while she studies her A levels at Darlington College. A talented dancer, Lily has competed in Cheerleading competitions across the uk.
Autumn is studying for her A Levels with the hope of going into medicine. Autumn is naturally bubbly & friendly and, of course, another dog lover.
Ysabel is the baby of the team and has been with us since completing her GCSEs in June. Ysabel is with us on a part time basis whilst she studies for her A levels.
